This pick rack line pairs Quantum's sloped-shelf steel racks with Super Tuff Euro Drawers instead of open bins, giving you tilt-out drawer storage angled toward the picker. The sloped shelves present each drawer face at a natural viewing angle, so contents stay visible, contained and dust-shielded while remaining a one-hand reach away. Bench, single sided and double sided configurations cover everything from a single workstation to a two-aisle picking station.
Every system is sold complete with its full set of QED-series drawers — from 12-drawer bench units up to the 144-drawer double sided QPRD-501. Drawer fronts are available in blue, gray, red or yellow for quick visual sorting. There are bench units, single sided racks and double sided racks.
How many drawers come with each rack?
Double sided racks come with 144, 96, 64 or 48 drawers. The single sided rack has 72. Bench units have 27, 18 or 12.
What are the rack dimensions?
Double sided racks are 24 in. x 36 in. x 60 in., the single sided rack is 12 in. x 36 in. x 60 in., and bench units are 12 in. x 36 in. x 21 in.
What drawer colors can I choose?
Drawer fronts come in blue, gray, red or yellow.
Are the drawers included?
Yes. Each system is sold per unit, complete with its full set of QED-series drawers, on sloped steel shelves. It arrives ready to assemble.
How fast does it ship?
Most items ship in 1–3 business days; special-order and drop-ship items vary by vendor.
Does shipping cost extra?
Freight depends on which supplier ships the item. Your cart shows each shipment's freight and any free-freight threshold before you check out.
Can I get a better price on a larger quantity?
Larger quantities often price lower. In your cart, use "Request a quote for this cart" (or our Request a Quote form) for a volume price.
How can I pay?
By card at checkout. ACH or check is accepted on invoiced orders, and Net 30 terms are available for approved business accounts.
What if something arrives damaged or wrong?
Tell us within 7 days of delivery, with photos and your order number, and we will replace it or refund it at our cost. Items you no longer want can only come back with prior approval, within 14 days, unopened, with a 20% restocking fee, and the buyer pays the return freight. Custom, opened and hazardous items, and chemicals and adhesives once shipped, cannot be returned. Details are in our Refund & Return Policy.
