At SupplyTie, we stand behind the quality of our industrial packaging products. This policy outlines our approach to returns and refunds for stretch wrap and related materials.
Order Verification & Cancellation Rights
SupplyTie reserves the unreserved right to verify, cancel, or refuse any order at our sole discretion. This includes but is not limited to:
- Orders that appear fraudulent or suspicious
- Orders with incomplete or unverifiable business information
- Orders with shipping addresses that don't match billing information
- Orders that violate our terms of service
If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund within 5-7 business days. We are not obligated to provide a reason for order cancellation.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive defective or damaged products, we will provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
To qualify:
- Notify us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide photos of the defect or damage
- Include your order number and description of the issue

Order Errors
If we ship the wrong product specifications (gauge, width, length, etc.), we will:
- Ship the correct product at no charge, OR
- Provide a full refund including original shipping costs

Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of industrial packaging materials, we cannot accept returns on:
- Products ordered to your specifications that arrive as described
- Opened or used stretch wrap rolls
- Custom or special orders
- Products damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before shipping for a full refund. Once an order has shipped, standard return policies apply.
