Bulk pricing, business accounts, tax exemption, and custom quotes — how to get exactly what you need.

SupplyTie sources from a mix of channels — our EJD warehouse, EJD dropship network, and direct vendor relationships (WrapTite, Freud/Diablo, Global Glove, Laddawn, and others) — so we can carry more SKUs and price more competitively than a single-warehouse supplier. That means there are a few different ways to order depending on what you need: shop-and-checkout for everyday items, or one of the tools below for bulk pricing, business terms, tax exemption, or a straight price comparison against your current supplier.

1. See What You're Overpaying — Free Savings Analysis

Before anything else: if you're already ordering from Uline, Grainger, McMaster-Carr, or Amazon Business, the fastest way to find out if SupplyTie is worth switching to is our Free Savings Analysis — a line-by-line price comparison built from your own order history, not a generic rate card.

How it actually works

1. Copy your past order items from Uline, Grainger, McMaster, or Amazon Business — item names, quantities, whatever you have. No formatting or spreadsheet cleanup needed.
2. Paste them into the form at Free Savings Analysis, along with your name, company, email, and which supplier you're comparing against.
3. Our team manually looks up each item and builds a line-by-line comparison — what you're paying now vs. what it would cost through SupplyTie.
4. You get the comparison back by email, typically within one business day. There's no account required, no obligation, and no cost — you decide afterward whether switching makes sense.

This works well as a first step for facilities, purchasing, and procurement teams who want hard numbers before switching suppliers, not a sales pitch.

2. Bulk & Pallet Pricing (RFQ)

SupplyTie is built for volume, especially on packaging and warehouse consumables like stretch wrap, poly bags, tape, and shrink film — categories where per-unit cost drops fast once you move from case to pallet quantities.

Case quantities vs. pallet / custom quantities

• Case quantities: just add to cart and check out at listed pricing — no form, no waiting on a quote.
• Pallets, large volumes, or custom quantities: use the Bulk & Case Pack Ordering page, or browse pre-built Bulk / Pallet Quantities listings already set up for volume pricing.

What to expect

• Freight: pallet orders typically ship LTL (less-than-truckload) freight rather than standard parcel, so checkout shipping rates don't apply — freight is quoted based on delivery location, with liftgate or dock-to-dock options.
• Turnaround: bulk quote requests are typically answered within one business day.
• Payment: major cards, ACH, or Net 30 for approved business accounts (see Section 3).

3. B2B & Net-Terms Business Accounts

For contractors, facilities teams, purchasing departments, warehouses, municipalities, schools, and manufacturers who order repeatedly, a SupplyTie business account unlocks volume pricing and optional Net 30/60/90 payment terms.

How to apply

1. Fill out the application on the Business Accounts page — business name, contact info, and address.
2. Select whether you're requesting net terms (None / Net 30 / Net 60 / Net 90 / Other). Net terms are subject to credit approval — we may request trade references or a credit application before approving.
3. If you're also tax-exempt, indicate that on the same form (see Section 4 for the certificate requirement).
4. Once approved, you'll receive login credentials and see business pricing automatically when logged in.

4. Tax-Exempt Purchasing

SupplyTie supports tax-exempt purchasing for government agencies and municipalities, public schools and universities, 501(c)(3) nonprofits, qualifying resale businesses, and (in applicable states) agricultural operations.

What you'll need

• Your state-issued tax exemption or resale certificate
• Your organization's name and EIN
• A contact name and email for the account

How to apply

1. Create a SupplyTie account, or log in if you already have one.
2. Email your exemption certificate to support@supplytie.com with the subject line "Tax Exempt Application," or submit it through the Tax Exempt page.
3. We review and activate the exemption — typically within one business day.
4. Once approved, tax is automatically removed from future orders — no need to re-submit it each time.

5. Custom Quotes & Purchase Orders

Two different tools here, worth keeping distinct so you use the right one:

Don't see an exact match, or need pricing before you commit?

Use Request a Quote — list the items and quantities you need (specs, sizes, brands, whatever's relevant) and we'll respond with pricing and availability within one business day. For urgent requests, call or text 812-639-2943 (Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm EST). This is also the right stop for items like custom glass or other made-to-order products that don't have standard online pricing.

Already have a Purchase Order to place?

Add items to your cart, then go to Submit a Purchase Order and enter your PO number and delivery details. No payment is collected at that point — we process the PO and follow up to confirm before anything ships.

6. General Ordering & Shipping Basics

• Processing: most orders ship within 1–2 business days; bulk, custom, and made-to-order items can take longer.
• Multiple shipments: because we source from EJD's warehouse and dropship network plus direct vendors, an order with several product types may arrive in separate shipments from different locations, on different days. You'll get tracking for each one as it ships.
• Shipping method: standard parcel for most orders; LTL freight for pallets and large-volume film/packaging orders (may require a delivery appointment).
• Free freight thresholds: many products qualify for free freight at a certain order size — this is reflected automatically in your cart, and thresholds vary by category/vendor.
• Damaged or delayed shipments: inspect on delivery and contact support@supplytie.com or 812-639-2943 if there's an issue.
