Here's what to expect when you order from SupplyTie — including lead times, freight, and how to return an item.
How Shipping Works
SupplyTie works with a network of supplier warehouses across the country. When you place an order, products ship directly from the supplier's facility nearest to you. This means you get competitive pricing without warehouse markups — but it also means a few things worth knowing upfront.
Multiple suppliers, multiple shipments: If your cart contains products from different suppliers, they will arrive in separate shipments on separate timelines. You'll receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.
We'll always send you tracking info as soon as each shipment leaves the warehouse.
Lead Times
Pallet & Bulk Orders (Freight)
Large or heavy orders — such as full pallets of stretch wrap, bulk cases, or equipment — ship via LTL freight rather than parcel carriers like UPS or FedEx.
Important: freight costs are quoted separately.
We'll send you a freight quote before your order is confirmed. You won't be charged freight until you've approved the cost. If you're ordering in bulk, request a quote first and we'll include freight in the estimate.
Freight deliveries require someone to be present at the delivery address. If you need liftgate service, inside delivery, or a call-ahead, let us know when you request your quote.
Returns
General policy: Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Some products — including custom orders, cut materials, and hazmat items — are non-returnable.
Damaged or incorrect items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 5 business days. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at support@supplytie.com with your order number and the reason for return.
- We'll confirm eligibility and provide a return authorization (RA) number.
- Ship the item back using your preferred carrier — we recommend tracking. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
- Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
