Gutters and Drainage

Gutter, downspout and drainage components from Amerimax and Advanced Drainage Systems: 2 x 3 in. aluminum downspout and elbows, K-style hidden hangers and downspout straps, snow guards, deck ledger, and polyethylene downspout-to-drain adapters. Profile is the compatibility check — K-style and half-round hangers, elbows and outlets do not interchange, and 2 x 3 in. and 3 x 4 in. downspout are different systems end to end. Elbow letter designations describe which way the offset runs: an A elbow turns across the face of the run, a B elbow turns out from the wall, and getting that backwards is the usual reason a downspout will not reach. Adapters between corrugated pipe and downspout are sized by the barb or snap connection, so check both ends.
