How is freight charged?

Supply Tie ships from several fulfillment locations, and each one bills freight differently. Items from the same location combine into one shipment and one checkout; items from different locations split into separate shipments, each with its own checkout button on the cart page. What are the free-freight minimums?

They are set per shipping location, not per cart. ZOLL AEDs always ship free; Fittings & Hydraulics and Flexible Plastics ship free on every order from $100. Other lines ship free at $500, $1,000 or $3,000 per shipment depending on the vendor, and below the threshold freight is calculated at checkout. How fast do orders ship?

Most in-stock items ship within 1 to 3 business days. Made-to-order and custom products, including custom-cut matting and bulk pallet quantities, may need additional lead time, typically 3 to 7 business days. Lead time is noted on the product page where applicable. Source: Shipping & Returns

What is the return policy?

Before an order ships, you can cancel for a full refund. After it ships, returns are accepted only by prior approval and only if requested within 14 days of delivery; goods must be unopened, in the original sealed cases and resalable. Approved returns carry a 20% restocking fee, return freight is paid by the buyer, and original freight is not refunded. Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. How do I buy tax exempt?

Email your state-issued exemption or resale certificate to support@supplytie.com with the subject line "Tax Exempt Application", or include it in your business account application. Exemptions are typically reviewed within 1 day, and once approved, tax is removed from your future orders. Source: Tax Exempt Purchasing

What does a business account give me?

One application covers account pricing, net terms and tax exemption. Once approved and signed in, the site shows the rates set for your account, and qualified businesses can order against a PO number on terms instead of a card. Source: Supply Tie Business

How do bulk quotes work?

Case quantities can be added to the cart and checked out at listed pricing. For pallets, large or custom orders, send a quote request; quotes normally come back within one business day with quantities, lead time and freight confirmed. Source: Request a Quote

Are there order minimums or case quantities?

Some lines have a minimum order, for example $100 for Fittings & Hydraulics and for Flexible Plastics. On quoted orders, minimum order quantities and lead times come back confirmed on the quote. Source: For Business Buyers

What payment methods do you accept?
