Mops and Brooms

Brooms, mops, handles and dust pans: Libman angle brooms and upright brooms, broom and dustpan sets, Contek 54 and 60 in. wood broom and mop handles, and replacement heads. Bristle stiffness is the whole decision on a broom — stiff bristles move grit, gravel and wet debris on rough concrete and outdoors, soft flagged bristles pick up fine dust on a smooth sealed floor and scatter it on rough. An angle broom reaches into a corner and along a baseboard where a straight upright cannot. Buying the head and the handle separately is the cheaper way to run a facility, since the head wears out several times over the life of a wood handle, but check that the threads match before you stock either.
