Many run more than one building, so the question is rarely "how much film?" and more often "how much film, to which dock?" Here is what those operations buy from Supply Tie and how we handle multi-site orders.
Stretch film for every dock
- Machine film: machine film for stretch wrappers, including 80 gauge in clear and black and roll widths such as 19.7 in. Check the exact roll on the stretch film size and gauge chart.
- Hand film: hand stretch film for partial pallets and the shipping floor.
- Banding film: narrow banding film for bundling cases and cartons.
- Cross reference: if you have a current supplier's part number, the stretch film cross reference matches it by spec.
Pads, void fill and pallets
- Delivery pads: quilted moving pads for route trucks and furniture or appliance deliveries.
- Void fill: fan-folded bubble paper and other foam and bubble products for pick-and-pack lines.
- Pallets: plastic pallets and skids. For wood or pooled pallets, ask us.
- Bags and tape for pick lines: poly bags and carton tape, sized in the poly bag chart and tape chart.
Ordering for more than one building
Send us the roll count for each location and each ship-to ZIP code, for example 40 rolls each to three warehouses. We quote each location's freight separately, so you see what each site costs.
- Standing orders: if every site uses about the same film each month, we can set it up as a standing order per location.
- Pallet quantities: film by the pallet is quoted through bulk and pallet quantities.
- VMI tool: set a min and max for each item at each location and get a reorder list on your schedule. See the VMI program.
- Send your list: send what each site buys now and we will match it line by line.

Yes. Send the roll size, color and count for each ZIP code and we will quote each one.
What packaging do you have for a B2B pick line?
Poly bags, carton tape, void fill and stretch film are the usual starting point. Send us what the line uses and we will fill in the rest.
Do you sell pallets?
Plastic pallets and skids are on the site. For wood pallets or questions about pooled pallets such as CHEP, contact us.
