Contractors, stone yards and building-products plants usually buy by the job. The quantities are set by the project, the products have to protect finished surfaces and heavy loads, and the order usually starts with "we need about this many."

Protecting materials on the job and in the yard

• Foam rolls: polyethylene foam rolls in six thicknesses, listed in the foam roll size chart, for protecting finished faces, tubs and panels.
• Pipe wrap: PVC pipe wrap and other pipe wrap rolls, sold in 4-roll cases. All pipe wrap sizes are in the stretch film and pipe wrap chart.
• Plastic sheeting: poly sheeting for covering materials and work areas.
• Corners: corner boards to keep strapping from cutting into stacked product, sized on the corner board chart.

Securing heavy loads

• Strapping: polyester, polypropylene, cord and steel strapping, including green polyester strap. Seals for plastic and steel strap are in the same collection.
• Sizing: the strapping size chart gives width, thickness and break strength so you can match strap to seal and to the load.
• Stretch film: hand and machine stretch wrap for unitizing pallets of block, tile and boxed product.

Tape and masking

Masking tape, painter's tape, duct tape and specialty tapes such as foil tape. Widths and lengths are in the tape size chart. If you need a specific roofing or membrane tape, send us the product and we will look for it.

Ordering for a job

Construction orders are job-driven. Tell us the job quantity (for example, 48 rolls) and we will quote the lot. If you run the same materials on every project, we can set up a standing order.

Construction questions

Do you have green strapping with matching seals?
Yes. Green polyester strapping and plastic strapping seals are both in our strapping collection. Match the seal to the strap width on the strapping chart, or tell us the strap and we will pick the seal.

Can we buy foam rolls and pipe wrap for one job and commit to a quantity?
Yes. Send the sizes and the total and we will quote that quantity.

Can we buy tax-exempt for a project?
Log in, email us your certificate, and we mark the account. It applies from then on, not to past orders. See tax-exempt purchasing.
