Furniture and cabinet manufacturing supplies
Furniture, cabinet, millwork and door plants are a big part of who we supply from St. Anthony, in Dubois County, Indiana. What they order from us is steady: packaging that gets finished pieces out the door without damage, consumables for the sanding and finishing line, and gloves for the people doing the work.
Packing finished furniture and cabinets
- Stretch film. Hand film for the packing bench and machine film for turntable wrappers. The stretch film size and gauge chart lists every roll we carry.
- Corner and edge protectors. Corner boards are quoted by the pallet in 1.5, 2 and 3 in legs and several lengths. See the corner board size chart.
- Strapping. Polypropylene, polyester and steel strapping, plus seals. Match width and break strength on the strapping size chart.
- Carton tape. Carton sealing and specialty tape, with sizes in the tape size chart.
- Bags, covers and sheeting. Furniture cover bags, poly bags for hardware packs and parts, and poly sheeting. Sizes are in the poly bag size chart.
- Foam. Polyethylene foam rolls to keep finished faces from scuffing, listed in the foam roll size chart.
Sanding and finishing line
- Abrasives. Sanding discs, sheets, belts and sponges.
- Tack cloths. Cotton tack cloths for the wipe-down before finish.
- Paint-booth filters. Send us the filter size and how many you go through, and we will quote them.
Gloves
Coated and knit gloves for handling parts and cartons, cut-resistant gloves, and the full glove range. The coated and knit glove size chart helps with fit.
Standing orders and reorders
Many plants send the same purchase order every few weeks as a PDF: film, corner boards and strapping. That works. Email it to support@supplytie.com, or ask us to set it up as a standing order.

- Send your list: send us the items and quantities you buy now and we will match them.

Questions we get from furniture and cabinet plants
Do you sell 3 in or 4 in corner protectors?
3 in × 3 in corner boards are on our corner board chart, by the pallet in several lengths. 4 in legs are not on the chart yet, so send us the size and count and we will check.
Can we keep sending our PO as a PDF?
Yes. Email it to support@supplytie.com. If it is the same order every time, we can set it up as a standing order.
We need booth filters about once a month. Can you keep up?
Tell us the filter size and your monthly usage. We can set them up as a repeat order so you are not ordering in a rush.
Can you match the bags we use now?
Send the size and gauge, or the spec printed on your current carton. The poly bag cross reference covers common part numbers.
