Bayhead plastic trays are seamless molded polyethylene work surfaces for parts staging, assembly, drip containment, and transport. Most are flat with straight side walls that keep small parts, hardware, and liquids from wandering off benches, carts, and shelving. Because each tray is a single molded piece, there are no seams to leak and nothing to rust — hose them out and they are ready for the next job.

Fourteen sizes run from a compact 15-inch utility tray up to a 74-inch conveyor-length tray. Gray is the standard color; optional colors are available from the factory in minimum non-returnable quantities. Ships FOB shipping point.

What tray sizes can I choose from?

There are 14 sizes, from 15" x 10-3/4" x 1" up to 74-1/2" x 24" x 4". Each size is sold per unit.

What colors are available?

Gray is the standard color. Other colors are available from the factory in minimum, non-returnable quantities.

What are the trays made of, and will they leak?

Each tray is seamless one-piece molded polyethylene, so there are no seams to leak and nothing to rust.

How fast does it ship?

Most items ship in 1–3 business days; special-order and drop-ship items vary by vendor.

Does shipping cost extra?

Freight depends on which supplier ships the item. Your cart shows each shipment's freight and any free-freight threshold before you check out.

Can I get a better price on a larger quantity?

Larger quantities often price lower. In your cart, use "Request a quote for this cart" (or our Request a Quote form) for a volume price.

How can I pay?

By card at checkout. ACH or check is accepted on invoiced orders, and Net 30 terms are available for approved business accounts.

What if something arrives damaged or wrong?

Tell us within 7 days of delivery, with photos and your order number, and we will replace it or refund it at our cost. Items you no longer want can only come back with prior approval, within 14 days, unopened, with a 20% restocking fee, and the buyer pays the return freight. Custom, opened and hazardous items, and chemicals and adhesives once shipped, cannot be returned. Details are in our Refund & Return Policy.
