How is a gusseted bag sized?
Width x gusset x length. 8" x 4" x 18" is 8 inches wide flat, opens to 4 inches deep at the gusset, and is 18 inches long.
How many come in a carton?
Carton quantity is in each listing, for example the 1.5 mil gusseted bags we list at 1,000 per carton.
What thicknesses do you stock?
From 1 mil to 4 mil, plus gusseted poly mailers. Each product shows the sizes available in that thickness.
Does shipping cost extra?
Bags from our Poly Bags & Film line ship free within the lower 48 states, with no minimum order.
Can I get a better price on a larger quantity?
Larger quantities often price lower. In your cart, use "Request a quote for this cart" (or our Request a Quote form) for a volume price.
How can I pay?
By card at checkout. ACH or check is accepted on invoiced orders, and Net 30 terms are available for approved business accounts.
What if something arrives damaged or wrong?
Tell us within 7 days of delivery, with photos and your order number, and we will replace it or refund it at our cost. Items you no longer want can only come back with prior approval, within 14 days, unopened, with a 20% restocking fee, and the buyer pays the return freight. Custom, opened and hazardous items, and chemicals and adhesives once shipped, cannot be returned. Details are in our Refund & Return Policy.
