Supply Tie film on the roll: black and clear construction film in 3, 4 and 6 mil, machine-grade top sheeting sized for the top of a wrapped pallet, plus shrink bundling film and shrink bags. Mil thickness is the whole decision on construction film — 3 mil for temporary dust containment and covering, 4 mil for general jobsite protection, 6 mil where it has to stand up to foot traffic or serve as a vapor barrier. Black blocks light and is what to specify when the film is covering material that sits outside; clear lets a crew see what is under it. Top sheeting is sized to the pallet footprint, not to the load height, and is meant to be applied before the stretch wrap so the wrap holds it down.
