Foam

Supply Tie Packaging polyethylene foam on the roll, from 1/32 in. at 2000 ft down to 1/4 in. at 250 ft, with foam pouches available to quote. PE foam is closed-cell, so it does not absorb moisture and it returns to shape after light compression — it is a surface protection and light cushioning material rather than a drop-protection one. Thickness is chosen against what you are guarding against: 1/32 and 1/16 in. separate and protect finished surfaces from scuffing and scratching, and 1/8 in. and up start providing real cushioning between parts. Roll footage drops steeply as thickness rises, so compare cost per square foot rather than per roll when specifying.
