Corner Board Size Chart
Corner board (edge protector) sizes Supply Tie quotes by the pallet, plus the board we stock by the piece. A corner board size is written leg × leg × length × thickness: two leg widths, the total length, and the board thickness or grade.
How to read a corner board size
- Legs. The width of each side of the angle, such as 2 in × 2 in. Unequal legs such as 2 in × 3 in are for loads that need more cover on one face.
- Length. Usually matched to the height of the load, or a little shorter so the board sits inside the strapping.
- Thickness. Pallet corner boards are quoted in light, medium and heavy grades. Tell us your load weight and how tight you strap, and we will match the grade.
