Milwaukee Packout organizers: compact and full-width small-parts organizers in impact-resistant poly with removable bins, and a wall-mounted garage organizer. Packout is a stacking and latching system rather than a set of boxes, so the value is in staying on one platform — the organizers, boxes and carts interlock and the mounting plate carries the stack. Removable bins are what let you take the fasteners to the work instead of carrying the case. The seals on these are rated to keep water out when latched flat; stood on edge with the lid loaded, that rating does not apply.
