Berizzi Spray Tips

The tip sets the orifice size and fan angle, which together decide how much material goes on and how wide the pattern is, so the right tip depends on the coating, the pump and the finish you need.

A worn tip widens the orifice and narrows the fan, wasting material and leaving uneven coverage, so tips are a regular replacement part. Send the gun and pump model and the coating when you ask about tips. See also Berizzi spray guns.
