Pipe Hangers and Straps

Pipe hanger strap and conduit hangers: Sioux Chief galvanized steel and polypropylene hanger strap in 3/4 in. by 10 and 25 ft rolls, HangsTuff 2 in. ABS hangers, and Sigma ProConnex zinc-plated conduit hangers in #0, #1 and #2. Hanger strap is perforated so you cut the length you need and fasten through whichever hole lands on the joist. Polypropylene strap will not react with copper the way plain steel can, which makes it the safer choice on copper water lines. Support spacing follows pipe material and size, so plastic needs hangers closer together than steel does.
