Halogen Bulbs

Westinghouse halogen and xenon lamps from 10 W to 300 W: T3 utility and double-ended tubes, T3 and T4 decorative lamps, and MR16 floodlights. The double-ended T3 tubes are what go in work lights and outdoor floods, and the fixture's maximum wattage is a hard limit rather than a suggestion. Decorative xenon lamps run cooler and last longer than standard halogen at the same wattage, which is why they end up in fixtures mounted close to a surface. Handle any of them with a cloth — oil from your fingers makes a hot spot and cuts the life short.
