CPVC Fittings

CPVC fittings for hot and cold water lines in 1/2 and 3/4 in.: Charlotte Pipe FlowGuard and Apollo 90 and 45 degree elbows, street elbows, tees, couplings, caps and female threaded adapters. CPVC is rated for hot water where standard PVC is not, which is the entire reason to use it, and the two are not interchangeable in the same line. Sockets are solvent-welded with CPVC cement rather than PVC cement, and spigot and street ends save a coupling where one fitting goes straight into another. Threaded adapters are where CPVC meets brass or a valve, and they need thread sealant rather than more torque.
