Cable Connectors

Cable connectors and clamp fittings for getting a cable into a box: Sigma ProConnex NM and NM/SE clamp connectors, snap-lock clamps, threaded cable connectors and strain-relief cord grips in 3/8, 1/2, 3/4 and 1 in., plus Gardner Bender wire connectors and a cable splice kit. Connector size is the trade size of the knockout rather than the cable diameter, so check the box before ordering. Snap-lock connectors seat without a locknut and are quicker on a panel full of homeruns; threaded connectors with a locknut make the stronger connection. Strain-relief cord grips are what a flexible cord needs where an NM clamp would cut into the jacket.
