Nitrile Gloves by the Case: Real Price per Glove (Case of 1,000)

Short answer: a case of 1,000 pure nitrile gloves runs $65.30 to $217.60 here, depending mostly on thickness. That works out to about 6.5¢ a glove for 3.5 mil, 8.4¢ to 9.1¢ for 5 mil, and 18.5¢ to 21.8¢ for 6 to 7 mil. The lowest per-glove prices are a 2.5 mil glove sold 3,000 to a case (4.2¢) and a 5 mil nitrile/vinyl blend (5.4¢). These are our prices for size Large, checked October 9, 2026.

Price per glove, case by case

Every row is a live listing in our disposable gloves collection. Glove counts come from the manufacturer's spec sheet. Watch the count column: some heavyweight gloves pack 50 to a box, so a "case of 10 boxes" holds 500 gloves, not 1,000.

On most of these gloves, sizes S to XL cost the same. 2XL costs a little more where it's offered, and so does XL on the 2.5 mil glove. The 5 mil blend is nitrile mixed with vinyl, not pure nitrile. Prices change, so the product page always has the current number.

For reference: a major's price

On October 9, 2026, uline.com listed its 4 mil powder-free industrial nitrile glove (S-14179L, size Large) at $13 per carton of 100 for 2 to 9 cartons and $10 per carton at 10 or more. Ten cartons, or 1,000 gloves, came to $100.00, about 10¢ a glove. Shipping and tax are extra on both sites. Check uline.com for its current price.

How to pick a thickness

  • 2.5 to 3.5 mil: the lowest price per glove and the most feel. Good for short tasks where gloves get changed often.
  • 5 mil: the everyday middle. This is the thickness most shops reorder by the case.
  • 6 to 9 mil: heavier and longer-wearing, for jobs where thin gloves tear. Most add a raised grip pattern (diamond or tractor tread). The 8 and 9 mil gloves here are 11 inches long and pack 500 to a case.
  • Medical vs. industrial grade: the manufacturer sells medical-grade gloves for exam use and industrial-grade gloves for shop and maintenance work. Pick the grade your job calls for, not just the price.
  • Color: black hides grease and dirt, and hi-vis orange is easy to spot. Color doesn't change the protection.
