Chain, Cable & Fittings

Chain, cable and fittings, mostly from Koch Industries: twist link and straight link machine and coil chain on reels, galvanized and vinyl-coated wire rope and aircraft cable, galvanized wire, and fittings such as bolt snaps, quick snaps, double clevises, wire rope clips and thimbles. Tie Down Engineering and National Hardware are also stocked.

Chain and cable are sized by diameter and sold by length, and fittings list a working load, such as 70, 140 or 9,200 lb. The lowest working load in an assembly, whether chain, cable or fitting, sets the limit for the whole assembly.
