Fuses

Bussmann fuses across the sizes that keep equipment and vehicles running: AGC glass tube, ATC, ATM and ATR blade fuses, plug fuses and time-delay cartridge fuses. Amperage has to match the circuit the fuse protects, and blade fuses are color-coded to it — red 10 A, blue 15 A, yellow 20 A — so the color is a fast check before you push one in. Fast-acting fuses open quickly and suit electronics and instrument circuits; time-delay fuses ride through the inrush of a motor or compressor without nuisance blowing. Most are sold in multi-packs, which is the sensible way to stock a panel or a service truck.
