Desktop and small-office computing supplies: CyberPower battery backup and surge protector units in 8 and 12 outlet configurations, Gigastone micro SD, SDHC and SDXC cards and USB flash drives from 16 GB to 64 GB, and USB device cables. A surge protector and a battery backup are not the same purchase — a surge strip clamps a voltage spike, a UPS also rides through a sag or a short outage so a machine can shut down cleanly. The joule rating is what a surge device can absorb over its life, and it is used up, so an old strip that still has a light on may no longer be protecting anything. On memory cards, the capacity class sets the format: SDHC tops out at 32 GB, SDXC covers 64 GB and above, and an older device may read one and not the other.
