Each kit includes the structural platform deck, an attached stairway with a 4' x 4' landing, full perimeter safety railing, and a gate at the platform edge for safely loading pallets or bulky items onto the mezzanine by forklift.
How to read the model number (example: 1010-8GMEZ-BG-17):
Footprint (1010, 1020, 1208) — platform width x depth in feet, e.g. "1010" = 10' x 10', "1020" = 10' x 20', "1208" = 12' x 8'.
Clearance height (8 or 12) — usable clear height in feet underneath the platform.
Deck type — BG = Bar Grating, PG = Perforated Steel Grating, RT = skid-resistant Tuffdeck over steel underflooring, SG = Solid Steel Grating.
Stair/code option — 17 = standard stairway, IBC = stairway built to IBC building code stair requirements (wider tread, code-compliant rise/run — typically required for permitted commercial installations).

How can I pay?
By card at checkout. ACH or check is accepted on invoiced orders, and Net 30 terms are available for approved business accounts.
What if something arrives damaged or wrong?
Tell us within 7 days of delivery, with photos and your order number, and we will replace it or refund it at our cost. Items you no longer want can only come back with prior approval, within 14 days, unopened, with a 20% restocking fee, and the buyer pays the return freight.
