Bubble cushioning from Supply Tie Packaging and WrapTite: bubble wrap on 48 in. wide rolls, and bubble out bags from 4 x 5.5 in. through 12 x 15.5 in. in case quantities. Bubble protects by holding the product away from the box wall and absorbing shock, so the two things that matter are bubble height and how much of the item you cover — small bubble is surface protection and void fill, large bubble is for heavier or more fragile items that need real standoff. A bubble out bag is the faster answer for small repeat items, since it is one operation instead of cutting, wrapping and taping. Perforated roll stock tears to a set length at a bench; continuous roll gives flexibility on odd sizes.
