Box Covers

Electrical boxes and covers: new work, old work and slider boxes in PVC, fiberglass, polycarbonate and thermoplastic, 1 and 2 gang, round ceiling and fan boxes, box extensions, ring covers and outlet box covers.

Box size is set by conductor fill rather than by what fits the opening — count conductors, devices and clamps and pick the cubic inch rating that covers them. Fan boxes have to be rated and braced for the load they carry.
