What's included: one step beam only. Upright frames and decking are not included and are sold separately. A step beam has a stepped ledge so decking sits flush with the top of the beam. Each level normally needs a pair.

How fast does it ship?

How can I pay?

By card at checkout. ACH or check is accepted on invoiced orders, and Net 30 terms are available for approved business accounts.

What if something arrives damaged or wrong?

Tell us within 7 days of delivery, with photos and your order number, and we will replace it or refund it at our cost. Items you no longer want can only come back with prior approval, within 14 days, unopened, with a 20% restocking fee, and the buyer pays the return freight. Custom, opened and hazardous items, and chemicals and adhesives once shipped, cannot be returned. Details are in our Refund & Return Policy.
