What is included with each beam?
One load beam only. Upright frames and wire decking are not included and are sold separately.
How many beams does each shelf level need?
Each shelf level normally needs a pair of beams, front and rear.
What beam lengths are available?
Beams come in 48, 72, 96, 108, 120 and 144 in. lengths.
What load capacities are offered?
Capacity is per pair at the stated span and runs from 1,505 lb to 9,135 lb, depending on the beam and length. For example, 48 in. beams are rated 4,205 lb or 7,000 lb.
How fast does it ship?
Most items ship in 1–3 business days; special-order and drop-ship items vary by vendor.
Does shipping cost extra?
Freight depends on which supplier ships the item. Your cart shows each shipment's freight and any free-freight threshold before you check out.
Can I get a better price on a larger quantity?
Larger quantities often price lower. In your cart, use "Request a quote for this cart" (or our Request a Quote form) for a volume price.
How can I pay?
By card at checkout. ACH or check is accepted on invoiced orders, and Net 30 terms are available for approved business accounts.
What if something arrives damaged or wrong?
Tell us within 7 days of delivery, with photos and your order number, and we will replace it or refund it at our cost. Items you no longer want can only come back with prior approval, within 14 days, unopened, with a 20% restocking fee, and the buyer pays the return freight. Custom, opened and hazardous items, and chemicals and adhesives once shipped, cannot be returned. Details are in our Refund & Return Policy.
