Pressure-sensitive adhesive discs that stick directly to a smooth vinyl-face pad, with no hook and loop between. PSA sits flatter than hook-and-loop, which is why it is still the choice on stationary disc sanders and for fine finishing where the loop layer would let the disc flex. Diablo StickFast ceramic blend runs 40 through 220 grit in 5 packs; Uneeda EKASTORM and FILMTEK square-tab discs come 100 to a pack. The tab is there so you can peel a used disc without a scraper.
