Lifting Magnets

Eriez permanent lifting magnets for moving flat steel plate and round stock without slings or hooks. These need no power — the magnet is switched on and off by a lever — so the usable capacity comes down to the steel itself: plate thickness, surface finish and any air gap all cut holding force below the catalog rating. Derate for thin material and for anything other than clean, flat, low-carbon steel. The APL, EPL, RPL and XPL series differ in capacity range and body size.
