Ball home canning: regular and wide mouth mason and canning jars from 4 oz through 1 qt in 4-packs and 12-packs, lids and bands, pectin, dissolvable labels and storage jars. Mouth size is the decision that carries through everything else — regular mouth and wide mouth lids, bands and tools do not interchange, and wide mouth is what you want for whole fruit, pickles and anything you pack by hand. Lids are single-use for a sealed pack; bands are reusable. Jars sold as storage or decorative jars are not rated for a boiling water or pressure process, so check that before you put up produce in them.
