Quantum conductive dividable grid containers protect static-sensitive electronics through every step of storage, assembly, and distribution. Molded from carbon-filled copolymer polypropylene, they are permanently conductive — washing with normal cleaners will not degrade performance — with an electrostatic decay rate under 0.1 second and surface resistivity below 10⁵ ohms per square to guard against EMI, electrostatic, and induced fields.
The interior accepts interlocking conductive long and short dividers (sold separately) to create custom compartments as small as 1-1/8" square, and raised edge rims stack securely with or without covers. Eleven sizes across three footprints handle everything from small component trays to deep 12"-high bulk containers, making this family a complete ESD-safe kitting and storage system for electronics manufacturing, repair depots, and health care equipment programs.
