What do poly bags cost?
It depends on the size, thickness and count, and each product shows the price for every size it offers.
Does shipping cost extra on poly bags?
No. Poly bags from our Poly Bags & Film line ship free within the lower 48 states. That line has a $100 minimum order, counted on the poly bag items alone, not the whole cart.
How are the bags listed?
By thickness in mil (for example 2 mil or 4 mil) and by bag size in inches. Pick the size from the options on each product.
Can you make custom sizes or printed bags?
Yes. Use our Custom Bag Request a Quote page with the size, thickness, quantity and any printing, and we usually reply within 1 business day.
Can I get a better price on a larger quantity?
Ask us. Add the items to your cart and use "Request a quote for this cart", or send your list from our Request a Quote page. We usually reply within 1 business day.
How can I pay?
By card at checkout. ACH or check is accepted on invoiced orders, and Net 30 terms are available for approved business accounts.
Can I set up a repeat or monthly order?
Yes. Contact us with the items, quantities and how often you need them, and we will work it out with you.
What if something arrives damaged or wrong?
Tell us within 7 days of delivery, with photos and your order number, and we will replace it or refund it at our cost. Items you no longer want can only come back with prior approval, within 14 days, unopened, with a 20% restocking fee, and the buyer pays the return freight. Custom, opened and hazardous items, and chemicals and adhesives once shipped, cannot be returned. Details are in our Refund & Return Policy.
