The dual speed ED-DA model also has a quick disconnect hook, allowing for custom end effectors. The single-speed ED-V model has a Smart Speed Technology, which allows the user to change the factory set speed of 16 fpm (8 fpm for 1000 lb. capacity) to a higher speed, within each model's maximum range. How fast does it ship?
Most items ship in 1–3 business days; special-order and drop-ship items vary by vendor.
Does shipping cost extra?
Freight depends on which supplier ships the item. Your cart shows each shipment's freight and any free-freight threshold before you check out.
Can I get a better price on a larger quantity?

How can I pay?
By card at checkout. ACH or check is accepted on invoiced orders, and Net 30 terms are available for approved business accounts.
What if something arrives damaged or wrong?
Tell us within 7 days of delivery, with photos and your order number, and we will replace it or refund it at our cost. Items you no longer want can only come back with prior approval, within 14 days, unopened, with a 20% restocking fee, and the buyer pays the return freight.
