What hose sizes and pressure ratings are offered?
High pressure models are 1/4 in. at 5000 psi or 3/8 in. at 4000 psi. Medium pressure models are 3/8 in. at 3000 psi or 1/2 in. at 2500 psi. Low pressure models are 3/8 in. or 1/2 in. at 300 psi.
What hose lengths are available?
Most models hold 50 ft of hose. The low pressure 3/8 in. and 1/2 in. models also come in 75 ft.
What is the base footprint?
The base footprint is 6 x 6 in, with mounting holes spaced 4 x 5 in.
What is the reel used for?
It stores, protects, and pays out air, water, or fluid hose and rewinds it after use.
How many configurations are offered?
There are 8 configurations, each matched to its own Coxreels catalog part number.
How fast does it ship?
Most items ship in 1–3 business days; special-order and drop-ship items vary by vendor.
Does shipping cost extra?
Freight depends on which supplier ships the item. Your cart shows each shipment's freight and any free-freight threshold before you check out.
Can I get a better price on a larger quantity?
Larger quantities often price lower. In your cart, use "Request a quote for this cart" (or our Request a Quote form) for a volume price.
How can I pay?
By card at checkout. ACH or check is accepted on invoiced orders, and Net 30 terms are available for approved business accounts.
What if something arrives damaged or wrong?
Tell us within 7 days of delivery, with photos and your order number, and we will replace it or refund it at our cost. Items you no longer want can only come back with prior approval, within 14 days, unopened, with a 20% restocking fee, and the buyer pays the return freight. Custom, opened and hazardous items, and chemicals and adhesives once shipped, cannot be returned. Details are in our Refund & Return Policy.
