How many connectors are in the box, and what color are they?
The box holds 500 white Cabineo X connectors, Lamello Art. No. 186360.
What are the connector dimensions?
Each is 33.8 x 10.8 x 16.5 mm (L x H x W).
What is the minimum material thickness?
It needs 12 mm for edge cuts, 9 mm for surface cuts and 16 mm for centre wall machining. Minimum workpiece width is 21 mm.
Can it be used as a shelf support?
Yes. The open housing takes either a Cabineo X screw or a shelf support, using surface machining only with no edge drilling.
What is the installation tolerance?
Longitudinal tolerance is ± 0.5 mm.
How fast does it ship?
Most items ship in 1–3 business days; special-order and drop-ship items vary by vendor.
Does shipping cost extra?
Freight depends on which supplier ships the item. Your cart shows each shipment's freight and any free-freight threshold before you check out.
Can I get a better price on a larger quantity?
Larger quantities often price lower. In your cart, use "Request a quote for this cart" (or our Request a Quote form) for a volume price.
How can I pay?
By card at checkout. ACH or check is accepted on invoiced orders, and Net 30 terms are available for approved business accounts.
What if something arrives damaged or wrong?
Tell us within 7 days of delivery, with photos and your order number, and we will replace it or refund it at our cost. Items you no longer want can only come back with prior approval, within 14 days, unopened, with a 20% restocking fee, and the buyer pays the return freight. Custom, opened and hazardous items, and chemicals and adhesives once shipped, cannot be returned. Details are in our Refund & Return Policy.
