Is this a complete packing bench?
No. Each option is an individual component. Bench tops, legs and other components are sold separately.
Which components need an overhead light frame?
The adjustable catalog shelf, bin rail and overhead carton storage each require one overhead light frame. The 4-outlet power strip requires one bin rail.
What lengths do the shelves and frames come in?
Catalog shelves, bin rails, overhead carton storage, overhead light frames, underbench tissue shelves and underbench carton storage come in 60 in. or 72 in. lengths.
What electrical components are offered?
A 4-outlet power strip rated 15 amp and a 48 in. LED shop light with cord.
How do the height adjusters work?
They come as a set of 4 and adjust from 31 to 37 in.
How fast does it ship?
Most items ship in 1–3 business days; special-order and drop-ship items vary by vendor.
Does shipping cost extra?
Freight depends on which supplier ships the item. Your cart shows each shipment's freight and any free-freight threshold before you check out.
Can I get a better price on a larger quantity?
Larger quantities often price lower. In your cart, use "Request a quote for this cart" (or our Request a Quote form) for a volume price.
How can I pay?
By card at checkout. ACH or check is accepted on invoiced orders, and Net 30 terms are available for approved business accounts.
What if something arrives damaged or wrong?
Tell us within 7 days of delivery, with photos and your order number, and we will replace it or refund it at our cost. Items you no longer want can only come back with prior approval, within 14 days, unopened, with a 20% restocking fee, and the buyer pays the return freight. Custom, opened and hazardous items, and chemicals and adhesives once shipped, cannot be returned. Details are in our Refund & Return Policy.
