What are the maximum working pressures?
Maximum working air pressure is 7 bar / 0.7 MPa (100 psi). Maximum working fluid pressure is 200 bar, 20 MPa (2900 psi).
What size are the air and fluid inlets?
Both the air inlet and the fluid inlet are 1/4 in. NPS.
What are the wetted parts made of?
The wetted parts are stainless steel, carbide and PTFE.
What comes with each gun?
The manual Mach3 (TT1001K) comes with a filter holder, KN nozzle and KN aircap. The automatic Mach 5 (TT1301K) comes with a KN nozzle and KN aircap.
How do the two models compare?
TT1001K has an aluminum body, weighs 520 g with filter holder and handles fluid up to 43 C. TT1301K has a stainless steel body, weighs 980 g and handles fluid up to 63 C.
HVLP, conventional or airless: which sprayer do I need?
HVLP guns use high volume at low pressure for fine finishing with less overspray. Conventional air spray guns atomize with higher air pressure. Airless sprayers pump coating at high pressure for large surfaces, and air-assisted airless combines the two. Guns are listed by nozzle size and airless tips by tip number.
Do you carry tips, filters and repair parts?
Yes. Airless spray tips, inline filters, hoses, gun extensions and pump care fluids are listed. Match tips and parts to your sprayer model.
How fast does it ship?
Most items ship in 1–3 business days; special-order and drop-ship items vary by vendor.
Does shipping cost extra?
Freight depends on which supplier ships the item. Your cart shows each shipment's freight and any free-freight threshold before you check out.
Can I get a better price on a larger quantity?
Larger quantities often price lower. In your cart, use "Request a quote for this cart" (or our Request a Quote form) for a volume price.
How can I pay?
By card at checkout. ACH or check is accepted on invoiced orders, and Net 30 terms are available for approved business accounts.
What if something arrives damaged or wrong?
Tell us within 7 days of delivery, with photos and your order number, and we will replace it or refund it at our cost. Items you no longer want can only come back with prior approval, within 14 days, unopened, with a 20% restocking fee, and the buyer pays the return freight. Custom, opened and hazardous items, and chemicals and adhesives once shipped, cannot be returned. Details are in our Refund & Return Policy.
