What are these options for?
They are for use with Weight Actuated Rolling Safety Ladders in the WA series.
What top step depths are offered?
Top step options are 21 in. deep or 28 in. deep.
What other options are offered?
Options include All Directional, CAL-OSHA for 5 to 9 steps or 10 to 15 steps, an Employee Only Sign, Rear Exit, Side Exit and Skidding.
Can every option go on every ladder?
No. Not all options are available on all part numbers, so call for details.
What weight capacity are these ladders rated for?
Each listing shows its rated capacity, such as 600 lb stairway slope ladders and 800 lb work platforms. Choose a capacity at or above the worker plus tools and materials.
Do you have crossovers and work platforms as well as ladders?
Yes. Crossover ladders, work platforms, rolling and stairway slope ladders, fixed steel ladders, ladder carts and personnel lifts are listed, many with add-on options.
How fast does it ship?
Most items ship in 1–3 business days; special-order and drop-ship items vary by vendor.
Does shipping cost extra?
Freight depends on which supplier ships the item. Your cart shows each shipment's freight and any free-freight threshold before you check out.
Can I get a better price on a larger quantity?
Larger quantities often price lower. In your cart, use "Request a quote for this cart" (or our Request a Quote form) for a volume price.
How can I pay?
By card at checkout. ACH or check is accepted on invoiced orders, and Net 30 terms are available for approved business accounts.
What if something arrives damaged or wrong?
Tell us within 7 days of delivery, with photos and your order number, and we will replace it or refund it at our cost. Items you no longer want can only come back with prior approval, within 14 days, unopened, with a 20% restocking fee, and the buyer pays the return freight. Custom, opened and hazardous items, and chemicals and adhesives once shipped, cannot be returned. Details are in our Refund & Return Policy.
