Questions & answers
Will your machine film fit my stretch wrapper?
Match four things to your wrapper's manual: the carriage width (our 19.7 in. film is the 20 in. or 500 mm size; 29.5 in. and 30 in. fit 30 in. carriages; 10 in. and 12 in. are the common orbital-wrapper widths), a 3 in. core, the maximum roll diameter, and the pre-stretch your carriage runs. Send us your wrapper model and the film you run now, and we will match it before you order. Our wrapper fit guide covers each step.
Can I get a sample or a spec sheet?
Yes. Ask for samples or spec sheets through our Request a Quote form and tell us which items you are considering.
How fast does it ship?
Most items ship in 1–3 business days; special-order and drop-ship items vary by vendor.
Does shipping cost extra?
Freight depends on which supplier ships the item. Your cart shows each shipment's freight and any free-freight threshold before you check out.
Can I get a better price on a larger quantity?
Larger quantities often price lower. In your cart, use "Request a quote for this cart" (or our Request a Quote form) for a volume price.
How can I pay?
By card at checkout. ACH or check is accepted on invoiced orders, and Net 30 terms are available for approved business accounts.
What if something arrives damaged or wrong?
Tell us within 7 days of delivery, with photos and your order number, and we will replace it or refund it at our cost. Items you no longer want can only come back with prior approval, within 14 days, unopened, with a 20% restocking fee, and the buyer pays the return freight. Custom, opened and hazardous items, and chemicals and adhesives once shipped, cannot be returned. Details are in our Refund & Return Policy.
