What gauge should I use, and do you have a lighter gauge?
Pre-stretch film is listed in microns. As a guide, 100 gauge equals 25.4 microns, so 10 mic is about 39 gauge, 12 mic about 47 gauge, and 8.5 and 7.4 mic are lighter. Choose by load weight and how much the load shifts.
Clear vs black: what is the difference?
Clear film lets you read labels and barcodes through the wrap. Black and colored films hide what is on the pallet and can color-code loads. Each listing shows its color and price.
Is the price the same on a repeat order?
The price shown at checkout applies to each order. For ongoing or contract pricing on repeat orders, use "Request a quote for this cart" in your cart or our Request a Quote form.
Can I get a sample or a spec sheet?
Yes. Ask for samples or spec sheets through our Request a Quote form and tell us which items you are considering.
How fast does it ship?
Most items ship in 1–3 business days; special-order and drop-ship items vary by vendor.
Does shipping cost extra?
Freight depends on which supplier ships the item. Your cart shows each shipment's freight and any free-freight threshold before you check out.
Can I get a better price on a larger quantity?
Larger quantities often price lower. In your cart, use "Request a quote for this cart" (or our Request a Quote form) for a volume price.
How can I pay?
By card at checkout. ACH or check is accepted on invoiced orders, and Net 30 terms are available for approved business accounts.
What if something arrives damaged or wrong?
Tell us within 7 days of delivery, with photos and your order number, and we will replace it or refund it at our cost. Items you no longer want can only come back with prior approval, within 14 days, unopened, with a 20% restocking fee, and the buyer pays the return freight. Custom, opened and hazardous items, and chemicals and adhesives once shipped, cannot be returned. Details are in our Refund & Return Policy.
