These are adhesive-backed pouches that stick to the outside of a carton and hold the packing list, invoice or return paperwork where the receiver finds it without opening the box. Size to the document folded as your process actually folds it — a half-fold letter sheet goes in the 6.5 x 10, a full letter sheet unfolded needs the 9.5 x 12. Clear face means the document is readable without removing it, which matters where a dock scans or checks the paperwork before the carton moves. The adhesive is meant for corrugated; it holds poorly on a dusty, waxed or filmed surface.
