Gusseted bags are listed width x gusset x length, and the gusset is the folded side panel that opens out so the bag takes a square or bulky item without straining the seams — which is why they suit drums, pallets, cartons and boxed goods that a flat layflat bag would not accept. Size to the item’s width plus its depth, not to its width alone. The largest sizes here are pallet covers and drum liners; roll packaging is the faster format for a line, carton packaging is easier to store.
