Coreless rolls and flat pack are a dispensing decision — a coreless roll feeds one liner at a time from a can or a dispenser with no core to throw away, flat-packed liners come out of the carton in a stack and suit a cart or a closet. Resin sets the failure mode: linear low density stretches around a sharp or heavy load before it gives, high density resists punctures and costs less at the same duty but splits at the seam when a can is overfilled. Red liners are for regulated waste streams and should not be used as general liners, since the color is the signal.
