What core size do I need?
Match your dispenser or machine. Hand-grade polypropylene comes on 16 x 6 cores (some on 8 x 8 or 16 x 3); machine-grade polypropylene on 8 x 8 or 9 x 8 cores. The core is one of the options on each listing.
Do you have seals to match?
Yes. We list PAC plastic strapping seals and steel strapping seals. Match the seal to your strap width and type, or send us your strap spec and we will pick them.
Polypropylene, polyester or steel?
Polypropylene for light to medium loads; polyester for heavy loads that need to hold tension; steel for the heaviest loads. Each listing shows width, gauge and break strength, from 200 lb up.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, most PAC strapping has a minimum shown on the product page, for example 24 coils of polypropylene, 28 of polyester, and 24 to 72 coils of woven cord depending on size. Seals have no minimum. For a smaller quantity, ask us.
How fast does it ship?
Most items ship in 1-3 business days; special-order and drop-ship items vary by vendor.
Can I get a better price on a larger quantity?
Larger quantities often price lower. In your cart, use "Request a quote for this cart" (or our Request a Quote form) for a volume price.
How can I pay?
By card at checkout. ACH or check is accepted on invoiced orders, and Net 30 terms are available for approved business accounts.
What if something arrives damaged or wrong?
Tell us within 7 days of delivery, with photos and your order number, and we will replace it or refund it at our cost. Items you no longer want can only come back with prior approval, within 14 days, unopened, with a 20% restocking fee, and the buyer pays the return freight. Custom, opened and hazardous items, and chemicals and adhesives once shipped, cannot be returned. Details are in our Refund & Return Policy.
