Turn any Jesco self-dumping hopper into a rolling collection station with factory caster sets. Each set includes four casters — two rigid and two swivel — welded to the base of the hopper so crews can push scrap and refuse between workstations without waiting for a forklift. Sets are matched to hopper duty class by wheel material and capacity rating.
Choose semi-steel wheels for maximum capacity and durability on smooth concrete, phenolic for high capacity with quieter operation, or moldon rubber for gentler rolling over rough floors. Wheel sizes run 6" or 8" diameter in 2" or 2-1/2" widths, with set capacities from 2,000 to 6,000 lb. Casters are sold as a set of four and priced per set; specify the hopper model at order so the factory can confirm fit.
